3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. User Data
You retain ownership of all data you enter into One Portfolio. We do not sell or share your personal financial data with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Market Data
Market prices and financial data are provided by third-party sources including Alpha Vantage, CoinGecko, and Gold API. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee the completeness or timeliness of this data. Market data should not be relied upon for trading decisions.

One Portfolio is not a financial advisor, broker, or investment service. The analytics, insights, and projections provided are for educational and informational purposes only. Always consult with a qualified financial professional before making investment decisions.
7. Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the application, including but not limited to financial losses based on information provided by the service.
8. Subscription and Payment
One Portfolio offers both free and premium (Pro) subscription tiers. Payment for Pro subscriptions will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
